Marine Electronics Update!

 

  The Marine Electronics course, originally scheduled for Thursday, 13th August, has been postponed.  In an effort to provide the latest materials, we will be offering the new "Marine Electrical Systems" course, beginning on Monday, October 19th.  Those wishing to take this course should sign up by notifying me of your intent to enroll by 15 September.  Either e-mail me at seo at sdsps.org or call my phone and leave a message at 619-281-3410, and leave your name.

 

Fall Boating Course

 

  The last 8-week Squadron Boating Course will be offered starting on Tuesday, 29 September 2009.  This excellent program, consisting of essential information for the beginning and intermediate boater, is being phased out by USPS headquartes in favor of teaching the abbreviated America's Boating Course.  Classes will be held from 7 to 9 pm at the Boy Scouts Aquatic Center n Fiesta Island in Mission Bay Park.  Sea Scout Ship Master, Mike Philbrook. will teach the course.

 

If you know people who would be interested in this class, pick up a flier at the September GMM on September 19th and pass it on.  Or call me for multiple copies of the flier and post them at your office or community bulletin board.
