What is Operations Training? Sounds painful, doesn't it? But there is no surgery involved. You'll come through it without a scratch. I promise! And you'll get a certificate of completion if you finish the course.

For those of you interested in taking the USPS Operations Training Course tomorrow night, here are the details:

Who Should Take It? New members. Old members who want to learn more about the local, district and national organization. All Bridge Officers and ExCom members.

Where Will It Be Held? Maritime Institute of San Diego, 1310 Rosecrans St., Point Loma, on the 2nd floor. The MISD is a 1/2 block before you get to West Marine, between Dickens and Emerson Streets. Turn right on Emerson (before the Jack-in-the-Box) and park behind the building. Or park in the West Marine parking lot and walk back.)

What time and for how long? Class starts at 1900 (7 pm) and will last until about 2130 (9:30).

What if I cannot come tomorrow? The second part of the course will be held on Thursday, 26 February and you may come on that night, even if you cannot get to tomorrow's class.

How much does it cost? It's FREE! Unlike other courses, this one is just designed to help you understand your squadron and how it relates to the District 28 and national USPS organizations.
