An item of possible interest to those Ham Radio operators with a fixed
station…

To make these mailings a little more focused in the future, please respond:

1. with your call if you’re a licensed operator

2. if you’re interested in ham radio events even though you’re not
currently licensed

3. or, that you are completely uninterested in ham radio events.

Proposed Restrictive Antenna Ordinances: What You Can Do
A factual update by two distinguished presenters, both heavily involved in
Southern California antenna issues, who will brief you on recent and pending
attempts by local governments in San Diego and around Southern California to
restrict residential Amateur Radio antennas. Slides and photo presentations
will be followed by an open Q&A session that will answer your questions and
arm you with useful tools to help prevent unreasonable antenna restrictions
from being enacted in your community. All Amateur Radio Operators are
invited to attend. Attendance is FREE.

Presenters:

Felix M. Tinkov, Esq.
Lounsbery, Ferguson, Altona & Peak
Escondido and San Diego

Felix is a San Diego attorney specializing in land-use matters who has
assisted Amateur Radio Operators in opposing restrictive antenna ordinances
before the San Diego City Council, and has worked with the ARRL on other
pending legislative matters.
