[SDSPS Members] CHANGE in Advanced Piloting

Ahoy, Mates!

 

The Advanced Piloting class is beginning and the teaching location has been moved.  The course will now be taught at the home of Steven and Shelley Bakalis.  For those wishing to take this course, directions to the Bakalis house are attached.

 

If you don't remember how to draw danger angles, read Tide tables and/or plot current vectors, this course is for YOU.  Taught by Shelley Bakalis, SN, and Mike Sampsel, SN, this instruction wil equip you to master coastal piloting and buiid on the skills you learned in Seamanship and Piloting.

 

Speaking of Piloting, the exams are back and I'd like to extend congratulations to Tim Attwell, Chris Jernigan, Karen Jernigan, and Larry Purcell, all of which may now add a "P" after their name!
